I didn’t screenie every hair, as I figure Dulfy will do that, but I wanted to share the ones that struck me most. None of the male Norn ones really did, nor the female Charr (lots of odd draping of dreads for the latter). I include the male charr because it’s one where accessory color affects the hair itself, in this case the tips. Female Asura is the same, all the little color lines in the hair come from the accessory color choice. Norn female gets two pics because I find both highly striking; third choice there is a pixie cut.

Sylvari male and female share a couple of styles (short draped thorny vines or another variant of gnarled wooden backwards growth) so I am showing the two gender-distinct ones. Male one colors the leaves to match the skin, the blossom color is determined by hair color choice. Similarly in female, hair color blends with skin color.

Oh the asura pigtails are two-tone! Kawaii! I didn’t get that detail from dulfy’s (original) post of them

Thanks for sharing Donari At first i kind of was disagreeing with the styles but they have quickly grown on my for male sylvaris.

I had much the same reaction. There’s a reason my Charr chars are “bald.”

Sort of like that updo female human one…

Those female charr ones just made be laugh..and laugh and laugh and laugh.

Here’s some I liked. The Charr one is especially amazing, although it clips my mask and I LOVE that mask. :x

The first Sylvari one is just lol…

I like the longish male human hairstyle and the female human updo.

The side flip ones are also really nice to look at, on a stationary char, but I can’t really envisage them in a running situation.

Long, loose hair should really stream behind your character, when running (or, at the very least, hang down at the back); not stay magically glued to one side of the head.

We kind of need two options for hair – a “work” one, for running around with and an off duty one (like a hair “outfit”), for show only.

It’s a little off-putting that sylvari only really got 4 new hairstyles, instead of 6. 2 of them are reused on both male and female.

i love the new charr hair style looks funky :p
