Guild Wars 2

I received an email today from gw2pirates@gmail.com, I didn’t open it and deleted it as I don’t trust it.

The message preview mentioned my server and something along the lines of “I’m sorry to inform you but Gandara…” etc.

I haven’t played the game for a while so I don’t know if this is a known scam, but I thought I’d better report it.

I would think the email address you posted from the sender should have been a dead give away. I seriously doubt Anet uses Gmail to contact customers.
