if anyone is getting this message report it immediately. i haven’t visited the website provided in the letter because i don’t want to risk my account. at the bottom i highlighted in red that it was not sent by the GW2 team.

These are very common, and the issue is known by ArenaNet. The best you can do is report these guys in-game using the report function.

Click the report icon, then block.
