I was previewing this skin in the pvp locker to see if I could find any good mixes with it. Then I found out there is also gloves and shoulders.. How do I get these Scarlet’s Gloves and Scarlet’s Spaulders

Scarlet wears the Magitech Medium Armor set… unless you mean someone datamined those specific items.

I’m guessing they’re going to be in the gem store next week. A-net have a habbit of making things that could be rewards into gemstore items.

Be still my heart! I have several SAB-starved guildies whom been going on and on lately about wanting SAB back asap. If they add armor as rewards I think they might set up permanent residence in there
