Guild Wars 2

So I’m looking to level my scribe up and I found the website that makes it easier and cheaper. But i see that you can make hero’s banners. The wiki says they get put into guild storage. My question is this : Can you craft the hero’s banner and remove it from the guild storage and use it in say, WVW? or is it more like an upgrade to a tower you capture? Thank you in advance for your answers.

You click it from storage to place banners.

Your guild will need the relevant guild upgrades to access Scribing banners.

You can buy banners which are place-able from you inventory from Guild Commendation merchants.

Yeah that whole part wasn’t very clear on the wiki or in game. I learned the hard way and placed a hero’s banner on the assembly machine. Oops. ????
