Scourge Feedback - Underwater
Underwater content is always going to be an afterthought for the devs. Something to be swept under the rug unless it absolutely cannot be avoided. And when it can’t be avoided, it is addressed in the easiest (and sometimes worst) way possible.
Like what to do with all of the Scourge’s new skills. Too much work to make them work, let’s just replace them with vanilla death shroud. You have to remember, it’s been 5 years, and the Necromancer’s Flesh Golem skill still doesn’t work underwater.

Now, I realize thematically, it doesn’t make sense to have sand related skills underwater
Thematically it does make sense to have sand (or mud) related skills underwater; as sand is a common aggregate found in most waterways. Underwater “sandstorms”, etc. do happen even. The lack of underwater abilities for this spec is a grievous oversight; in my opinion. I think it comes down to Ground Targeting and being underwater… They should just make it work finally or make it work like engi grenade kit.
Welcome to the club. That’s the same for Revenant since HoT and Herald.
Underwater we can only use 2 of our 6 legends, one of them being Mallyx, so basically useless if you didn’t trait and gear for condi.
Yay! They updated it. Can now use Shade Skills underwater.
Now lets hope they can do the same for revenant legend.
