Greetings,
While most things in HoT’s Guild Expansion require a lot of teamwork and that’s understandable, there are certain things like Guild Siege that are completely out of whack.

Cost to Produce 1 Guild Arrow Cart

  • Scribing: 8g 47s 96c

Recipe:
5x Badge of Tribute (70s or 150 Badge of Honor)
3x Arrow Cart Blueprints (2s 31c)
5x Steel Reinforcing Plates (7g 75s 65c)
- 3x Steel Ingots (27s 63c)
- 1x Linen Supply Sack (1g 27s 50c)

  • Commendations: 4 per 12s + 3 Commendations
  • Trading Post: 70 s

Trading Post Price for Superior: 16s 50c

For a 10 Supply Difference between Superior and Guild I think the cost to produce is vastly overshot. It is much more efficient to either buy them from the Trading Post, use Guild Commendations, or just use Superiors. This should be the optimal way for Guilds to Acquire these and it should be something Guilds want to do.

I wanted to bump this post.

I completely agree that the cost of making guild siege compared to superior is crazy.

Where is the incentive and the reward for leveling up your guild hall and crafting up scribing to make these items. I really hope that this issue gets addressed. Especially for the smaller guilds that have to work that much harder to achieve the ability to make the siege in the first place. For them (the smaller guild groups) It would give them a better chance at being successful in wvw as well. They could build more siege with less supply, isn’t that one of the reasons for it in the first place?? To be fair and competitive even for the smaller groups that want to be more involved?
