Hi,
I was in team for Fractals and we saw that Seal one is bugged at the end, no mobs spawned and we also tried dieying without any resultate. After the 4th death with no mobs for hitting the Seal, spawned near the Boss (which started to give 4 stacks of agony at lv 22) almost 15 mobs (that respawned too) and made almost impossible to hit the Boss and get a little chance to have the hammer.
Since another one dc’ed and cannot relog into Fractal we wiped at the last Fractal. That makes no sense and would like to know if someone of you made this Seal (at around mine lv, 22) and some suggestion to play it at the final end, until I hope, someone can fix this terrible bug.

This issue is known to ArenaNet already. I don’t have a link right now, but I do know they’ve described two possible workarounds. (One of those might not actually work, though.)
Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.
