I got a silly question about a second account.

Is it possible to purchase the digital download of GW2 on the Black Lion Trading and eventually have two accounts if i already have one I’m currently playing with?

If so, how does it work, do I have to download the game to activate the second account if I have GW2 installed already?

if u buy the digital deluxe in hte trading post its an upgrade for your current ackitten u still will only havethis one account

youd have to buy a second account outside of the game

invest some real money

the updated client can beused for both accounts then
just email + password and you are ready to go
want to play with the other acc.. log out change email and password and then you cna play on the other one

The Digital Deluxe purchase in the BLTC is just an upgrade for your account. It’s impossible to purchase another copy of the game with in-game gold.

You don’t have to download the game again, that’s separate. The account gives you access to the game, after it’s been downloaded, with 5 character slots and the bank.

If you want to buy a separate second account you can go to support (top of page) then Purchase Support (buying and upgrading the game).

Then you need to register the new account. The login screen has a button to register a new account or you can go to this site https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/27658628-Registration for instructions on registering your account.

Or just mouse-over ‘Shop’ at the top of the page, and click ‘Buy Guild Wars 2’!
