It was an interesting read about the background behind passwork hacking and what we can do to protect our account. But what about arenanet? Where is the authenticator app for android / os? Where is the digital authenticator keychain? I want REAL security, not placeholders…

Hardly, SWTOR had a free iphone authenticator app day 1 and a free android authenticator one week later

Did you actually read the blog post? He stated very specifically that there will be a Google Authenticator app coming in ~2 weeks.
