I suggest that similar to the same function of being able to see guild members currently in an LFG group, rather than to join a group with someone we cannot communicate with (or don’t even remember blocking, for that matter), we should also be able to see blocked players (highlighted in red or another colour).

For privacy reasons, the name of the blocked person could probably be omitted. I believe that it will lead to better usage of the function and players can make the choice of whether to ultimately join the party anyway. The indication at least informs them that they’ve blocked one of the party members and may not be able to hear them.

This would be a cool addition. I unblock a lot of people after a few days because I’m afraid I’ll run into them on another dungeon and will be unable to see if they’re still trash talking…

Well I mostly block pvp players because… well go play some pvp you’ll know why. But this does seem to be a useful addition, something I actually thought was already in effect. Or at least I thought that we simply couldn’t see parties in the LFG with blocked players

Low level PvP players are toxic. High level PvP players are competitive and trash talk each other, but still hold respect for each other. It’s the same across any PvP game. Get good and enjoy the community or suffer the toxic mess with the worst players that think they’re hot stuff.

Block function works fine imo. You still see the characters to decide whether or not you want to unblock or not. I don’t see OP’s reasoning.

This would be a nice addition. Currently if you join a party with someone you blocked you have no idea and you simply don’t hear them talking at all, which generally leads to problems for the group. I obviously can’t keep track of every person I blocked, so having the lfg tool show me this would be nice.
