I was going to put this in the suggestion forum……..then I realized that its gone.

Anyhow, please make this account bound, or put in the wardrobe.

Before you say it is account bound, your right. The thing is unless its in your inventory, you can’t use it. Only one toon at a time.

Would also love another chance to get this…

This one – and its counterpart – should work like the Ellen Kiel/Evon Gnashblade support tokens. Right now if you are downed, change maps, etc. you lose the effect whereas the support tokens stay with you even after changing chars (when you come back to the char it was activated on, it will still have it).
So change these to that kind of consumable.
