I would like to ask if i can sell/trade etc an outfit i buy from the store? Or they cant be sold?

They cannot be sold/traded. They are account bound. You can however gift them through the gem store using the gift option.

You may be able to get a refund if the purchase was recent. I doubt they will refund an outfit you’ve had/been using for months, but if you can describe cosmetic issues they might help you out. Submit a ticket- may as well try your luck.
