Is it an intentional bug that this stat combination on armor is not ascertainable any more? I am aware it dropped in the molten facility, now that all done and dusted is there any other way to get this other than the 200-300 Gold purchase (per piece) on the trading post?

(I am aware it is the same stats as soldier, but vitality as the primary. As a guardian and with no way to get Ascended items with a Vitality primary its a bit rubbish having to suffer with the restrictions to gear, That or settle for 12-16k Hp on a heavy class, and have average damage output)

If anyone can point me in the right direction to get more of a vitality boost that would be great. (Currently Running full Soldier and a Berserker+Valk trinkets with Valk weapons to keep hp up, Vitality food also)

healing an support powers are why the guardian has such low HP ….with many builds a guardian has just as much survivability as any bunker warrior so please don’t complain about having low HP learn to use the classes abiltiys if you need more defence

However….

The answer I was after is if the above mentioned stat boost were intended to be removed or exclusive to a certain set of people (Those who managed to get it before the molten facility was closed) And if there was any way i could get them now, Or an ascended item with a vitality primary, Without spending 200G a piece.

Sadly, the answer would be no. The only items with a vitality main are Sentinel or Shaman, both of which have no ascended trinket variants (plus I don’t think you’d want Shaman gear as a guardian in most cases either).

Soldier isn’t too far off, though. A full soldier set with ascended trinkets/weapon is about 2k hp behind a full exotic sentinel set with azurite trinkets. Not quite the same, but I’d say it’s worth holding on to your ~500g for.

Right now it is not available but I am certain, it will be introduced with ascended armorcrafting.

They did the same with the Sentinel Inscription with ascended weaponcrafting, making it obtainable through the Guild Commendation Vendor for 10 Guild Commendations and 80 silver.

I am sure, they will do the same with the Sentinel Insignia. 10 Guild Commendations will still be a long grind for some people but that change brought the price of the Inscription on the Trading post down from 30g to under 10g.

Sentinel inscriptions and insignias came from salvaging dropped Sentinel equipment. This equipment came from the molten alliance dungeon.

The molten alliance dungeon is coming back as a fractal. So the drops may resume there when it returns.
