46 new (silly) backpacks items and not a single cape or cloak for my mage or my ranger. seriously Arenanet? I know there are some people that like to run around Tyria with a silly flower or mechanical spider on his back. Im just a simpler person, I just want a cape just like the fantasies movies/series that we all love (lord of the ring, Game of thrones, etc).

Somebody with the tailoring profession should be able to craft it! even GW1 have capes, how many years do we need to wait?
