Q:

According to the wiki, the GW2 servers are all named after locations in the game with three exceptions (although four exceptions are listed).

I’m familiar with almost every name on that list but, there’s one I just can’t find any info on: Blackgate.

Where is Blackgate in GW1 or GW2?

I remember somewhere that someone mentioned it was in reference to the Onyx Gate that guards the Door of Komalie. But it could just be speculation.
