With every kitten server being full, why doesn’t Anet remove players from their “server” after something like 6 months inactivity? Would help remove the “Full” parts of the servers and allow for more transferring.

I believe it shows “full” because its full of players that are currently logged in. Usually you can look at odd hours to transfer. At least this was how it was a year ago when I transferred to TC. I had to wait till like 3am pst for the server to not be full.
