Guild Wars 2

Hey guys!

I’ve been playing for a long time now, and just recently some friends joined the game. I’m on Blackgate, which is full, so I might have to change servers now in order to play with them :/

Is there any difference between servers? Also, for a guy defecting BG, which server would you suggest?

Unless you and your friends are planning to enjoy WvW, there is no real need to transfer.

But, if you are, I suppose a mid-tier server might best serve your needs.

Even though BG is full, you could try to get your friends in to join you. BG has a fabulously friendly, helpful community, which I ’m sure you know.

There are other servers out there that are just as friendly and helpful and welcoming, I’m sure you can find them via the recruitment forums.

You don’t need to switch, unless it’s for WvW. The only other reason to switch would be if you hate right clicking on their portraits, and joining their server. Megaservers pretty much made servers obsolete for pve.

I would prolly want to play WvW with them too.

Also, can I tPVP with people from a EU server?
