Server changes for connection improvements?

Just a question for Anet or anyone who has found any peices on Information on it….

Do we have any upcoming or possible changes to address Network and connectivity for people playing in countries outside of america ( server for guild wars located in dallas). For the upcoming expansions or even the expansions after the next.

Move it to the West Coast please.
It’ll be an improvement for SEA players.

Current 80s: Ranger, Mesmer, Guardian, Elementalist, Revenant, Necromancer.
Working on: Engineer

I like this game heaps, but i think after legion comes out ill go back. Only due to the fact PVP is too limiting with 200-250 ms (playing in new zealand)
