Hello i was wondering if all server are ahead of Pacific time cause i play on one and it like 7 hours and 30 ahead of me and its insane would love to find one if there is close to my time zone so i can find a nice one to be on for wvw-pve Thanks.

The timestamp is just a number. It is the same number on all servers. It has nothing to do with what happens right now. There are people playing 24/7.
