Having issues again today with bugged events and Heart npc’s not engaging to sell…

Is this a server issue or just bugged code?

You’re not the only one. I was in Harathi Hinterlands the other day, and apparently the gate to the final skill challenge had been closed shut for 3 or 4 days. The only way through was to kill Kol. I wish they would have routine server resets.
