I’m new to this game, and it turns out all my friends play on a different server (I’m on an EU server and they play on a US server). I know you can change server for free if you delete all of your characters.

So I bought the ‘Heroic Edition’, when I delete the character and start a new on a different home server (US) will I get the items (suit of Legacy Armor/Mithril box/XP boost) again?

Put everything in your bank first. Everything in your bank and your wallet will transfer with you. You won’t get the items again that is why you need to bank them first. If you have used the armor skins and they are soul bound you will want to transmute them onto a white item to make them account bound before banking. Make sure you have stripped your character clean of everything you want to keep and banked it before deleting the character, then double check to make sure.
