Sorry if this question has been asked before.

I’ve been trying to get onto a specific server for a while now and have yet to see an opportunity to move to it.

There are currently 4 servers that are at “full” and “high” capacity, with the rest being at “very high”.

Is it likely we’ll see upgrades to servers to allocate a higher number of players on each server anytime soon?

No way to know, but I’d guess not.

If anything they probably want to incentivize people to move to the less populated servers, not the already packed ones.

Probably not. There are a lot of server that not nearly as full. This is not a problem for PVE anyways because you can guest.
