I don’t know whats going on but for the past couple days since the recent patch/update my game has not been able to keep a steady connection to t he game. After logging in and playing for more then 5 minutes it keeps saying

“Connection to the server is lost, please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and try again”

or something along those lines. Is this happening for everyone?

also don’t tell me to try restarting my wi-fi or anything like that because I have tried and that is not the problem!

I haven’t had any issues. NA server, in Arizona.

hmmm maybe it’s just the american servers since Northshiverpeaks & Jade Quarry keep crashing on me!

Not quite but this has been only been happening to me the past few days – When I launch the game from the launcher an error message pops up between the time the launcher closes and the game starts saying it crashed. Seems to be related to the launcher in my case, as I am still able to click the now open game tab and play as normal.

If it was a game wide issue, then it would be being reported en masse. More likely, it is something more localised affecting your client or connection. If you log a support ticket, they might be able to trace the issue via crash reports etc. In the off chance it is an issue their end, it’ll also help identify that,

okay. well i got it now. when i changed the video resolution the crashes stopped. I don’t know if that was the reason or not but it seems that everything is fine now. so “Monyeti” try this as well if that’s not the issue then like “Randulf” said, put in a ticket!
