Is anyone else unable to login? I’m getting the errors from the server rollback a few days ago.

i just logged out of a dungeon, black screen, and now cant get on, just general waiting/connection error nothing specific.

So servers been having downtime and rollbcks recently? Tsk Tsk. Still I always seem to take breaks from games right at the right times (things like this happen lol).

Yeah errored out on map change. Can’t log in now. Oh wells.

Explains what I was having issues with yesterday too. THought it was my internet.

So I guess I can stop power cycling my router…

Probably related to all the thousands of people buying the new picks and all their animations going off ingame at once totally blowing up the servers!

My Guild got booted when we had ONE place to go on our guild trek.

I was doing my personal story and on my way out of the instance I got kicked out. Can’t log back in :/

Try again I just managed to get in. For reference I am on Ehmry Bay, not sure if it’s certain worlds – perhaps we should start listing our worlds here for an idea?

Keep the nerf wars out of the server room and ban Colin from swinging his sword’s in there also . Same problem here too 2nd day in a row, it’s bad enough we still error codes 7 and other disconects.

Testing for the free weekend I see. Hope this free weekend goes better than the southsun shore fiasco…

If they want to promote their game they should look into television advertisements instead of free weekends.

Sure it may cost a significant amount more, but it has been proven time and again that people will buy ANYTHING if its advertised on television with key phrases such as “the best of the year” and “the one everyone is talking about.”

Or they could do what most other game companies do – have their demos not exclusive to certain times or “special weekends”.

People like to use google and such to find new games which could very easily lead them to GW2. But with there being no “real” demo mode/version all the time I am sure many walk on by without looking beyond the website for this very reason.

I wonder if we’ll get any official word on what happened?

Free demos end up getting abused by gold selling/spamming companies. That’s why a lot of non-free MMOs don’t have one. Rift didn’t have a freely downloadable demo either. In fact, quite a few haven’t.
