Only heal/condi rangers take this. It’s not a good idea for any other class.
Even so it’s questionable whether it’s inferior to Apothecary for that one purpose.
Yeah, I used to use it on my ranger, mixed with a few Shaman pieces, for a trapper build it was really good.
I can’t imagine other class using it in any viable build.

Perhaps with the new content that comes with the maguuma, and hopefully an expansion to GW2, would make other stat sets and builds useful.
Since the original GW2 content, Zhaitan’s part, is quite bad for most builds and stat sets.
I’m a casual PvE adventurer, I enjoy combat, adventure and helping, but not farming.
