Guild Wars 2

I played the caladbog quest already once and got the scepter. and I was told you could run it again on a separate character but When I get to the part where I have to find the shards they are not showing up on my screen. as though I already got them. Can you only run it once on an account? Is it a bug? I’ve tried changing maps and coming back. Logging in and out. Nothing seems to get them to show?

You don’t repeat that part. The item you get from the collection needs to be crafted after the first run.
