I know it’s an old complaint, and since I’ve been away from the game for almost a year I want to ask:

Since shared inventory slots came along, can we do anything with the extra items we bought with gems? I have four extra permanent airship passes and 3 extra copper-fed salvage thingies.

At least let us exchange them for other passes / utility items. They’re just sitting in the bank, the equivalent of 6400 Gems!!

Only if you purchased them within the last 30 days or so. Otherwise, you got use out of your purchase. Sorry.

Ouch, man. Sorry to hear that! You could always TRY opening a ticket to see if they’d do anything for you. Might be worth a try. I just wouldn’t hold my breath. =/

I’m still a bit sore about some soulbound (NOT account bound – soulbound) gathering tools that didn’t get updated when all gathering tools were changed to be account bound.

All soulbound gathering tools can be exchanged to become account-bound.

Thanks Jack, I think I did that when the shared slots came along, and they basically said “tough luck”.

I thought that in the year I was off they might have changed something.. but it doesn’t look like it.
