There are a few achievements and collection elements based on combating the Shatterer in Blazeridge Steppes when he uses the Imprisonment Crystals attack. Unfortunately, if the Wiki is correct, the Shatterer can not use this attack when BLINDED. Mobs use whatever attacks they have and it becomes pretty much close to perma blinded, never able to use this attack.
I have been trying to get hit by the Imprisonment Crystal attack for many days, camping the event from 4 to 6 times a day (it only occurs 8 times per day) to complete the Legend / Bifrost collection and I have only seen the attack used 3 times in that period (once it hit everyone around me and left me be…grrrrrr).
Is it possible to alter this restriction on the boss? Was this intended or just an oversight?
