Guild Wars 2

I was exploring Lions Arch and came along the old bank, at first I wasn’t able to get close enough to see into it but after I got there I saw something that shocked me. Inside the busted bank was just black except for a single sheet of paper with some writing on it. It has 2 symbols on it, something that looks like a backwards S and then an equal sign with a strange hook like shape on the other side of it. I don’t know if it means anything (maybe its something in New Krytan?) but I would like to hear some theories.

iirc it’s IOU paper inside the old bank when it was broken.
