Why does the new shouts have cast times? all other old shouts don’t have cast times at all but the “Feel my wrath” and some of the elite specs shouts have cast times… it’s fairly annoying when you think shouting should be instant and not interrupt other skills.

I agree here. The problem here is a balance issue, but i also would’ve loved if they kept shouts being instant cast.
