The crafting interface doesn’t require you to run back and forth to the bank to manually find things, so why can’t the Mystic Forge work that way too? It makes things extremely awkward and makes finding things experimentally impossible.

The crafting interface doesn’t require you to run to the bank because it is the bank, and so it’s connected to the contents of your bank/collection materials. I’d personally like for the Mystic Forge to be the same way, but I figure there’s probably a good reason why it’s not that way.

The forge interface would be horrendously cluttered if it had access to your bank and material storage. Try moving as much as you can from your bank/material storage to your inventory and go to the forge or take a look at the discovery panel for something like artificer and see how much stuff shows up in there.

Can make a personal forge and stand right near your bank to make it easier, what would be really nice is if could forge the same item multiple times at once, like if promoting cores to lodestones so we don’t have to go one by one.

Well, there was the dev who posted about working on the mystic forge, hence why the Halloween skins showed up in it, it slipped through. It did seem they are working on redoing the forge, but it is probably a large WIP

just get mystic forge conduit and permanent bank access contract and you have what you’re asking for. sort of. you need to withdraw from bank to inventory first.

You just need the conduit, costs have come down a lot since it was released. Then stand beside any bank in the world or wvw and have fun.

i think it is much more important that they add a way to do multiples of the same recipe at once
