Guild Wars 2

There are two purposes for this thread.

1) people who enjoyed the title screen can give their support and show Anet that they want it to return

2) to urge anet to explain why it’s gone or why they can’t have it in the game.

Whether it’s -useoldlauncher or some other option, it would be nice to have it back. Post here if you agree. If you don’t care, you don’t need to post. If you want to be rude, you don’t need to post.

If you’re going to lock / delete the thread, then please ask someone at Anet to answer the simple question of why the title screen was removed before doing so.

I’d LOVE to see the old title screen come back… So +1.

I prefered the old one. I loved just stopping there for a few minutes to watch the pretty background and listen to the epic music

The title screen we had during the BWEs was really nice, I agree. It would be pretty cool to have it back.

Granted, I’m sure the good people at A.net have their hands full with things like game stability and such. This is probably the smoothest MMO launch I’ve ever seen. They’ve handled it really well. Hopefully they’ll bring back the title screen if there’s enough demand for it and when they can spare the manpower.

I don’t think it would tax their manpower to explain why it’s missing. Ask someone at the office why and they can answer that in like 10 seconds and get back to coding the Guild Halls or something.
