Guild Wars 2

So I was watching some Youtube video and it showed items being salvaged as scrolling down the right hand side of the screen.

Currently the only place I can find that will show you what you’re looting is the ‘game messages’ in chat. However these show only in the normal green font, and that’s lame!

Anyway, I’m just wondering how this person got the items to scroll down the right hand side (they showed in the rarity colours too), or if this was a feature in the beta that was removed…

It shows up on the right for me.

It shows up if your minimap is in the top righthand corner of your screen.

If it’s on the bottom right they don’t show up.

i have my mini-map on the bottom right and the loot drops/rarity shows up fine.

do you have auto-loot enabled/disabled?

Not true for me, it always shows up.

When I moved my minimap to the bottom right they stopped showing up.

Maybe it has something to do with your UI scale?

Turns out enabling auto-loot fixes it. I love you all! This makes me very happy, haha.
