Not sure when you added our ping to the option window below the frame rate, but thank you.

Any chance we can have a option one day to show it above our map, text box, or something like that? Pretty please, I like to know when I am lagging (for when I should fight/run/give up).

(And before anyone points it out 200 is a good ping for me with gw1 and gw2; don’t think I have seen it any lower than that for me. I am from New Zealand after all)

Sometimes i have 1 sec. skill delays with this ping.. :/ ( in wvw )

i have cabel and very best connection to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DE-CIX.

Do these delays happen during/after a massive 3way battle?
’cause those can clog the hell out of the wvw map servers.

Same sadly.. ~320ms avg from West Australia for me. It’s only going to get worse too. Good thing I don’t like PvP.. or is that because of latency that I don’t like it? We’ll never know! :-O

Actually with Netflix launching next Tuesday, I wonder if there will be a visually noticeable difference in latency.. worth keeping an eye on

70-90 in Europe. Spikes up to 100-150 sometimes in the evenings.

Yeah and option to get in on the main HUD somewhere would be nice (for both ping and FPS), but deffo nice with ping shown somewhere at least for now

hmm would have thought you Australians had closer to 300 in fact

@blubberblasen.3901 could be packet loss maybe or something too, ping is a good indicator but not the only surefire way to check your connection

its only at main time and at eternal battlegrounds.
its outside a fight too, but not always :/

Was glad they added it when I saw the patch notes, then totally forgot about it lol. ~80 ping atm, which is actually spot on with all the other multiplayer games I play
