Sigil Bug or by design?
As far as I know, this is an intended feature.
Warrior – Hellion of Heaven — Sanctum of Rall
If I have a superior sigil of Perception and a Superior Sigil of Bloodlust. Only one of them is stacking and the other is inactive. Is this intended?
