Sigil of Accuracy?
Two sigils of accuracy do not stack, you only get the passive boost from one. Pair the sigil with a sigil that procs and put a sigil on your secondary weapon that you can prebuff kills with.

I agree – it doesn’t seem to stack; best to use the offhand sigil for something combat related, or for condition management etc

As far as I know you can only have on sigil that does anything and the other one wont work. I think this is the case because two handed weapons (hammer, staff) only have one sigil slot, so allowing both sigils on one handed weapons to work would give a major advantage over two handed weapons.
From some experience I had a dagger with a sigil of earth on it which caused spikes to come out of the ground on a critical hit. This happened frequently until I updated my otgher dagger with a sigil of luck. Then I didn’t see the spikes on critical hits again.
Just checked the wiki and found this at the bottom in notes:
Charging and stacking sigils can be used together.

Use two accuracy sigils on dual wield, kill 13 mobs; switch to weapons with useful sigils.
Can you trigger an offhand sigil with your primary? Say I have a sigil of rage (quickness on crit) on my offhand dagger and I crith with my 1 skill which uses my primary, will it trigger? I haven’t tested it myself to confirm or not but I always just assume that I would need to use my offhand skills or dual skill to trigger that sigil in any way, for instance C&D.
So 5% crit sigil is only offhand crits if I have it on my offhand or is that both main and off?
[thread hijack] better than making a new one I suppose.

This works fine example gain + 25 stacks of bloodlust then swap to a + 5% boost
thats + 250 power + 5 % damage
