I have a sigil of bloodlust that stacks might instead of power as listed on the wiki. Is this a bug?

Need more details. Are you a warrior with 20 points into your Precision tree? There’s a second Major Trait that you might be getting stacks of Might from. Or do you literally have 10 more Might every time you kill a foe?
