The issue is they didn’t really say anything about it, I listened to it. They just mentioned something about Signets and Sigils changing.

You didn’t listen very closely then. They said they were buffing the passive effects of some signets to make them more desirable to hold, and altering some activated effects to make them more desirable to use. No specifics other than to say some/all of the stat signets(90 power, 90 condition damage, etc) would be bumped up to 180 per stat.

They also brought up sigils.

You obviously didn’t read the topic title. The original poster asked about SIGILS not signets. I made the post about Sigils, while yes they went into Signets they didn’t go into Sigils.
