I’m curious if the chance to proc on criticals is the only thing that separates the different tiers of Sigil of Fire from each other. Specifically, does the Superior Sigil do far more damage on flame burst than the Major?

As far as I know, damage is the same with a co-efficient of 1.0 for all 3 sigils.
