Sigils proc

Will both sigil of battle and renewal proc togather ? ( on 2H weapon ) ?
Is there a big difference between major sigil of renewal (240 radius ) and the superior one (360 radius ) ?

I’m a soldier MM necro.

All 80es > MM necro is my best ,cleric
guard ,nades eng ,Trap thief \ranger ,signet\shout warrior, zerk mes\ele & shiro rev.

Yes they both proc, difference is in renewal radius and i believe amount, test it in the mists.
