I have the Royal Signet of Doric in the infused version and it won’t count for the achievement, i had it account-bound and tried to right-click to add to the collection but there wasn’t anything like that.
Is it a problem only i have?

Same for me, infused version doesn’t count toward the achievment. Can we hope for a fix in future updates ? If you consider how many bugs the patch introduced, this one is probably not on top priority list.

I believe it counts as a separate item itself, as you can actually wear the normal Royal Signet of Doric AND the infused version, even though it says ‘Unique’.

So its only the normal one it’ll count until they do some workaround where it fixes the version differences somehow. Which will no doubt screw over anyone also wearing the two version of the ring as well.
