The man is driving me nuts. How am I supposed to keep my sanity crafting my ascended weapon when he keeps talking. His voice is very annoying and he repeats his lines very often. Could you please tone it down?

He says the same thing every 30 seconds.

Lower the dialog volume. Or all of the volume. Just throwing that out there

I never hear him when i craft in Hoelbrak

You can turn dialogue volume down, or off completely if something is bothering you. I usually have it off because I get sick of my character saying the same things all the time.

Or yeah, you could use a crafting station in a different city.

Perhaps he is annoying in english but in french I like his voice and his tone

Give him money and he’ll go away.

Craft in rata sum or turn in game sound off. Suddenly problem has been solved.

The Grove is the best crafting zone in-game. You also get to listen to Zelda music there.

I do all my crafting in Ebonhawke. The crafting area is really close to the TP there.

Stop crafting in Lagger’s Arch. There are plenty of other places to craft that have a much nicer environment and music.

I turned dialog off after about the fifth time my Necro said, “I hand-raised that minion.” All because I wanted Death Magic and got saddled with the no-choice Reanimator trait. I dumped Death Magic but kept the dialog off. It’s a pity, because some of the NPC dialog is mad fun.
