I don’t have to even say what this is about you can just glance at the forums and figure that out…. Anyway I can see multiple reasons to remain silent on some of the subjects but what is something they could do to at least show players that they are working on things or are at least aware of them ?

The answer is sadly nothing but remain silent….. The players are going to rage… Honestly I’m very very very VERY angry due to the silence and the bad judgement calls that they have been making with the game…

Honestly they should take a cue from Blizzard…. Add a OPEN test realm and communicate with the players about what changes were made and actually communicate with the community about why things are changed in a specific way…

While I’m very angry about some changes I’m even more angry about the silence. I keep looking back at Guild wars 1 in the hopes that things turn out for the best…. I know that they released in a heavy holiday time of the year so after the holidays there will be a major focus shift… I just hope that the shift in focus will allow them to see what is really wrong with the game and implement fixes and changes where they are needed the most….

Thoughts/opinions/ideas !?

My first thought is to learn the difference between queue and cue.

Personally I have lost trust and it will take something to regain that. Silence is often seen as an admittance that something is wrong. But in the end Anet will do what they think works best. Those decisions have recently proven to lack a certain success.

For me it meant taking myself out of the game. We’ll see what the future brings is all I can say.

It’s a game forum. The truth is not to be found here.

Not going to lie my spelling sucks I went to a public school in south carolina…. They didn’t teach us that much…… Back on topic… I can’t bring myself to stop playing the game because I like the game but I don’t like how little the players are rewarded for the time they invest…. I also don’t like how specific things are done on my main class and I play using that specific thing so that they get some numbers and can decide if it needs tweaking…….

That’s just hopes though… So I hadn’t lost it yet…

I havent lost all faith in ANET yet, but my faith in them isnt actually improving. They still got the chance to set things right or at least communicate how they would like to set things right. I love the game, I want to see it improve. I want to keep having fun playing it. I want to feel equally valued no matter if I play fractals, regular dungeons, open world pve or wvw. This was their stated intention.

The inteded “fix” to previewing shows makes no sense and I bet they do think in their little world that this is something people would appreciate, even though its beyond doubt that this fix is something almost nobody wanted or needed. As a matter of fact, they removed a highly useful feature within the previewing system.

Their silence on the loot issues. We have gotten one tiny piece of reply in the recent AMA, but thats hardly enough.. especially when alot of non-trivial issues get their attention and communication. The fact that there is a 22 page long thread on this issue without a single answer speaks tons.

They dont want us to grind, yet they add alot of things that basically needs grinding, and on top of that nerf legitimate ways of aquiring the things needed.

Bots are a problem, sure. But regular players, even those who do not farm, shouldnt be punished as a part of the solution.

This, and more. Please ANET, please restore my faith in you. I beg you.
