Silverwaste legendary bosses too rare
pretty sure they have a higher chance to spawn the higher level of defence the place has. if you concentrate your efforts with a small group, getting the defence level up should be a lot easier.

It’s never been confirmed but that does seem to be the case.
When I do SW, I see them up all the time. Usually a bare minimum of once every cycle through the meta, and many times two pop up.
Heck, iirc, I got my entire End-All-Be-All title in two days.

Ok so, personal experience but I’d bet that I am right since I’ve farmed SW events into oblivion and seen this happen too often for it to be a coincidence.
To maximize the spawn of a legendary boss do not run around like a headless chicken hoping for the best, instead do the following: Pick a keep, get the defense lvl to 3 and hold it there. You need to run the supply bulls to the keep aswell since higher supply level seems to be a factor in the spawn rate.
I usually see atleast one leggy per sw run I do this way, and besides more events = more stuff.
you lucky they keep attacking the forts im always defending xD (they do seem to like 4/4 defence forts in my exp)
Red is really easy to get as there are most players around running the dollies in. If you want others, tag up, tell everyone in the chat that you are attempting for Leg and there are usually people who will help you with the keep.
So I was trying it all wrong then, I thought we had to hold all four forts.
I got that achivement in like 2 days.
Just go to spot where legendary spawn and keep watching for it.

This has been what I’ve noticed as well.
Keep escorting those Pack Bulls! I see too many players just passing them by.

Your skin will wrinkle and your youth will fade, but your soul is endless.
In the end it is rng just like anything else, like precursors. I would say that I did a lot of Silverwastes before HoT. At my peek I had over 5,000 bandit crests. I also have the Bioluminescent collection completed. I got down two of the bosses relatively quickly (have actually now killed both of them multiple times). Since then, I have camped and camped and camped for days for the Tormentor. Never seen it once. I have had my friends seen it and called me over before though, but alas I did not make it in time. Since then I have given up. If its not happening in 5k + bandit crests worth of silver wastes than its just not happening. As you can tell, its kinda a sore subject for me.

Definitely not. I’ve seen one or two forts down while a legendary spawns. Just find out which fort you need the legendary for (they always spawn at the same place) and camp that edge of the fort. Taxi folks in – the more folks the better results – and keep that fort up. Ensure bulls are escorted and walls repaired. Soon enough you’ll get it.
If you see someone shout that a legendary is up, depending on which one it is and where you’re at it may not be worth running to grab it. For example, the amber one goes down fast cuz it runs right under a boiling oil trap which nukes it, while indigo and blue (demolishionist and tormentor iirc) are up for a while because they spawn far from the fort; red is a middle case. But it’s not worth running to blue if you’re at red unless the skritt tunnel is up, for example.
