I can’t seem to find everything in Silverwastes and am really confused. I had trouble finding a good video of the completion of the map, hence was wondering if anyone could send me one?

Also do you need to use the Scritt tunnels to get to every possible place?

You need one of the skritt tunnels to get to the area most north/northwest.

For the rest, like missing PoI’s, it’s important to know that large parts of the map belong to one giant jumping puzzle that starts in a cave in a layer under the rest of the map.
The entrance to the cave is at the little skritt embasement northeast (where the event starts that unlocks the skritt tunnels).

Also I am stuck as I need to gain a master point but can’t find any available spot to earn one.

For the location under the middle of the desert you need to get to the bottom of the Skritt jumping puzzle in the Grotto. There are two ways:

1. Do the jumping puzzle.
2. Leap blindly from the top of the puzzle and try to hit tiny pool of water that you cannot see. It took me about a dozen attempts even though I was using an online guide. The guide said NPCs would rez me if I missed the water but I landed almost on top of one of them and they just ignored me.

Anyhow, when you get to the bottom alive, run west.

If you can’t get to the Grotto the entrance is at the northeast corner the map in a cave you have probably not noticed that is sometimes locked depending upon nearby events.

3. Start the jumping puzzle until you get past the first flag/marker. Then just jump back down to your death. The skrit will come and revive you, and you can continue on your merry way to map completion.
