What would happen to my guild backpack if I leave or get kicked from the guild in which I bought the back item ?

It is yours forever…you can even transmute it. It doesn’t belong to the Guild, but to you, so yes, it will stay in your inventory or wherever you keep it.

The emblem shown is that of the guild you are currently representing.

or there just would not be an emblem until you found another guild
