I want to know how do I report someone then? I sent a thing for support, but there is nothing to report someone…. ?

That little flag on the lower right corner of your post… click it. Then state why you are reporting the post. That’s how you do it.

Be forewarned that if you do this without warrant, you may end up being the one who is banned. For all you know, a Moderator flagged you, not a forum poster.

In game?
you right click on the person’s char and say report or in chat you right click on the person’s name and report.
But since you say character assassination I guess that was not what you meant
