come on ArenaNet we’re playing this musical chair game for 2 years now I want to sit on chairs! Like err in Wildstar I sit my throne all day long.. but I don’t want to sit in Wildstar I want to sit in GW2!

Your best bet is an item from the gem store, a chair with a sit animation tied to it.

indeed, chair sitting seems more like a central game aspect of GW2 than WS.

On a more serious note, chairs are made for sitting, get us into comfy seats.

it’s sad when you walk into the npc bunking quaters and they are like.. standin’ on the beds.. anyway, the female ‘sit’ emote is somewhat annoying.. and the ‘kneel’ emote has my character staring at the floor.. don’t they have an in-between emote that fits {example: sit emote from 9dragons} vs {sit and kneel from gw2}

Be careful of bugs !

I would like:
1. Chairs I can sit on
2. Sofas I can flop on WITHOUT SINKING THROUGH THE SOFA AND TO THE FLOOR (see pic)
3. Beds I can sleep on (not awkwardly)
4. Endless tonics that are ACTUALLY endless until I click them off (sans changing zones)
5. A keybind for sitting that does not come with an emote.

this is actually part of my thread “new building skill and player owned houses” one of the features of building your own house is to make furniture which i suggest we should have a sitting animation for. take a look!
