In all fairness the Halloween event did run till the 4th.
They let the skritt handle the prizes.. Right now, all anet employees are chasing all the skritt that took off with one skin each.
Actually, a video of that chase would be the real prize :D
Ashandar, I had to dig up my password just so I could tell you how much your post made me laugh. It is a gray, cold, afternoon in my neck of the woods here in Central Texas, so the laugh was greatly appreciated…and you are correct, that video would be a keeper.
And gee, I too am wondering where are our precious Halloween skins got off to.
As someone said above, I pray to the Spirits of the Wild, and to the Six Gods, that our raffle tickets were not deleted by accident :(

2,850g for the 11 ghastly shield skins currently on. Guild got one earlier. Man that is an insane amount of gold to get due to RNG. Makes my 4g look so tiny.
Maybe anet could do a weekly raffle so we might win a legendary, cuz unless we get ridiculous RNG luck like one of them skins we got no chance!
I really did. Not sure why. I had already won two (one for winning a match in Tournament of Glory, and one that exact same day for winning a Twitch chat giveaway – I’m sorry everyone else, I thought I would be able to give that 2nd Llama to a friend!), so this is my third and I cannot share it as it’s Account Bound. But it was sent out to me at the same time these weapons were sent out and I don’t know what prompted this Llama to be sent.
If Polymock 2 one day comes out and we can have a team of multiples, I’ll have an unstoppable 3 Llama Squad.

825 raffle tickets is nothing. there were millions of tickets turned in.
Like in real life you could buy 100m tickets and not win the jackpot.

I haven’t seen anything other than what’s in this thread (aka no actual proof).
I wouldn’t consider fluctuating TP number or prices proof that they’ve been awarded. It could just as easily be someone who has been hanging on to them for ages has finally decided to sell before the new ones flood the market. Or several people who each have a smaller number of skins.

well it doesn’t show a time/date stamp , you don’t have an old Maill from the new LivingStory but you have other old mails and it says it’s a replacement item So i dunno how much I trust that until another similar one is posted. I shall remain hopeful that it’s a hoax cause i haven’t got one yet and not winning would give me a sad

Most people when they receive an item/skin, they do not come on forums posting about it because of the excitement and desire to enjoy the item/skin, therefore it is very unlikely someone will make a screenshot of that mail before receiving it’s content for the purpose of posting it in forums as proof for other players.
Too bad this raffle had zero effect on the market. I was hoping the prices would go down a bit for a few weeks. I dont understand why Anet protects weapon skins and ruins miniatures all the time.

I’m sure a GM can look in my logs or see who got what.
